PARTIAL CAPITAL REDEMPTION

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Torque’s
ZAR5,000,000,000 Secured Asset Backed Note Programme dated 8 August
2012, investors are herewith advised of the partial capital
redemption of the TORQ3, TORQ7 and TORQ8 notes, effective 15 August
2016.
