Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Wilderness shareholders will be held at
Deloitte House, Plot 64518, Fairgrounds Office Park, Gaborone, Botswana on Tuesday 30 August
2016 at 09:30 to transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice, which was
posted to shareholders on 02 August 2016.

Important Preliminary Notice
The Board of Directors of Wilderness Holdings Limited (the “Company”) brings to your attention the
BSE requirement that, should the Company determine to buy back any of its shares in due course (to
be and as authorised by ordinary resolution no. 7 under item 10 of the Agenda in the Notice of
Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)), it will cause to be issued to shareholders of the Company a
circular detailing the salient aspects of such buy back prior to the time the buyback is to be effected
(as stipulated in clause 13.1.5.4 of Annexure “A” to the Notice of AGM of the Company).

This preliminary notice shall be published, together with the Notice of AGM of the Company, on the
BSE’s X-News Service and will additionally be read out at the commencement of the AGM.
