WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement (“Cautionary”) released on the
Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of JSE Limited on 6 June 2016 and the renewal of
the Cautionary released on the SENS on 19 July 2016, and are advised that, as negotiations
have been terminated, caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when
dealing in the Company’s securities.
