INCREASE IN SIZE OF AUTHORISED PROGRAMME AMOUNT

Noteholders are hereby advised of the increase in the Programme
Amount of The Republic of Namibia Medium Term Note Programme (the
“Programme”), dated 2 November 2012, from ZAR 3,000,000,000 to ZAR
7,500,000,000, effective 11 July 2016.
