distributed today, and contain no modifications to the reviewed condensed results for the year ended 29 February 2016

Notice is hereby given that the company’s annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at 9.00am on Wednesday,
24 August 2016 at the company’s offices at the Tropicana Hotel, 85 O.R. Tambo (Marine) Parade, Durban.
