Johannesburg, June 7, 2016 – Net1 (Nasdaq: UEPS; JSE: NT1) today announced that
Dhruv Chopra, Head of Investor Relations, will present at the Baird Global Consumer,
Technology & Services Conference in New York City on June 8, 2016. Net1 will provide a
live webcast on the audio-only presentation beginning at 2:35pm Eastern Time and will last
approximately 30 minutes. The webcast and archived audio replay of the presentation will

mobile solutions through its ZAZOO business unit, which is an aggregation of innovative
technology companies and is based in the United Kingdom.
