CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Workforce (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Lulu Letlape has resigned as an
independent non-executive director, a member of the audit and risk committee, and chairperson of the
social and ethics committee with effect from 31 May 2016.

The Board has commenced the process to appoint a new independent non-executive director and
shareholders will be advised once an appointment has been made.

The Board thanks Ms Letlape for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
