The first supplement to the Programme Memorandum was issued on 11 June 2015 (“the First Supplement”). Noteholders are advised that following an announcement by the Registrar of Credit Rating Agencies dated 4 September 2015 advising of the decision to deregister Fitch Southern Africa Proprietary Limited (“Fitch”), BTC has appointed Global Credit Rating Co. Proprietary Limited (“GCR”) as their replacement credit rating agency under the Programme.
