CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mrs Hanleu Botha, the Financial Director of Brikor, has resigned with effect from 30 June 2016.

The board thanks Hanleu for her contribution to Brikor over the many years and wishes her well in her
future endeavours.

The board will now commence the process of finding a new Financial Director.
