RELEASE OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

RCS Investment Holdings Limited wishes to advise bondholders that
the December 2015 annual financial statements of the Group are
available for inspection at the Company’s registered office. The
annual financial statements will also be available for inspection on
the RCS Group website at https://investors.rcs.co.za/investor-
relations.

Bondholders are further advised that the annual financial statements
of the Group are inclusive of the guarantor, RCS Cards Proprietary
Limited’s financials.

RCS Investment Holdings Limited wishes to remind bondholders of the
SENS announcement dated 17 November 2015 regarding the change in the
Group’s financial year end from March to December to align with the
year end of its shareholder, BNP Paribas Personal Finance S.A.
