DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDER OF LIBERTY PREFERENCE SHARES

In accordance with paragraph 3.83 of the JSE Listings Requirements and Section 122
of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Mr Ivor Berger has
acquired additional preference shares, thereby increasing his beneficial interest
in Liberty preference shares from 5.02% as disclosed on 29 November 2013 to 10.08%,
being 1,511,997 shares.
