CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF CHAIRMAN


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Putprop (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Johann van Zyl has resigned as Independent
Non-Executive Acting Chairman of Putprop with immediate effect.

The Board wishes to thank Johann for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.

The Board has commenced the process to appoint a new chairperson and shareholders will be advised in
due course once an appointment has been made.
