The board of directors of Sentula hereby advises shareholders that Sentula has appointed Questco
Proprietary Limited (“Questco”) as sponsor to the Company, with effect from 17 January 2016.

Questco replaces Merchantec Capital, whose appointment has, by mutual consent, been terminated.
