APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange (“JSE”), shareholders are advised that Mr Theuns Oosthuizen has
been appointed as an Independent Non Executive Director with effect from
14 December 2015.

Theuns Oosthuizen was born in Vereeniging on 13 March 1957. He matriculated from
Hoër Helpmekaar Seunskool in 1974. He read for law at both Rand Afrikaans
University and Stellenbosch and obtained his LLM in 1992. He has practised law in
Johannesburg since 1983 and presently heads up his own law firm. He also served as
a City Councillor for Johannesburg for fifteen years. He is also a director of various
private companies.
