2015 ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT

The Audited Group Annual Financial Statements and Company
Annual Financial Statements for Super Group were released on
16 October. They can be found on the Super Group website
www.supergroup.co.za/investors. There is no change from the
Company’s reviewed provisional results for the year ended 30
June 2015 published on the Stock Exchange News Service of the
JSE on 24 August 2015 and subsequently distributed to
shareholders. The Annual Financial Statements are audited by
KPMG Inc., whose unmodified report is available for inspection
at the registered office of the Company. Copies of the Annual
Financial Statements can be obtained from the registered
office of the Company and the Company’s transfer secretaries.

The Annual Financial Statements and other investor information
is available on the Super Group Investor App that is available
on Apple’s iTunes or Google’s Play Store.
