the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Company is pleased to announce
the appointment of Ms Olga Yukova as non-executive director of the
Board, with effect from 24 November 2015.


Ms Yukova is the Head of Compliance and International Projects of Evraz
Holding LLC and holds a legal degree and a diploma in financial
management.
