CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Ilan Zwarenstein has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
and a member of Audit and Risk Committee of the company with effect from 01 December 2015. Ilan has
extensive experience in the areas of audit, corporate finance and retail, and is the former Group Financial
Director of Massmart Group Holdings. Prior to joining Massmart he served as a partner at Grant Thornton. Ilan
holds BCom and BAcc degrees from the University of Witwatersrand and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
He serves on The South African Board of Jewish Education.
