Income Fund Ltd (South Africa)

Subject to the completion of the merger between Capital Property Fund Limited (South Africa,
constituent) and Fortress Income Fund Ltd (South Africa, constituent), and notification from the stock
exchange, FTSE and JSE announce the following changes:

Africa, ZAE000186821, BMMVXX8) will
be deleted from the index.
SA Corporate Real Estate Fund (South
Africa, ZAE000203238, BZ1C8N8) will be
added to the index with a shares in issue
figure of 2,024,162,410 and an
investability weighting of 100%.
Fortress Income Fund Ltd (A) (South
Africa, ZAE000192787, BVVJ8Z3) will
remain in the index with an increased
shares in issue total of 1,054,589,171*
and an increased investability weighting
of 70%.
Fortress Income Fund Ltd (B) (South
Africa, ZAE000192795, BVVJ916) will
remain in the index with an increased
shares in issue total of 1,054,589,171*
and an increased investability weighting
of 60%.
FTSE/JSE Small Cap (J202) SA Corporate Real Estate Fund will be 23 November 2015
deleted from the index.
FTSE/JSE All Share (J203) Capital Property Fund Limited will be 23 November 2015
deleted from the index.
Fortress Income Fund Ltd (A) will remain
in the index as detailed above.
Fortress Income Fund Ltd (B) will remain
in the index as detailed above.

deleted from the index.

in the index as detailed above.
Fortress Income Fund Ltd (B) will remain
in the index as detailed above.
FTSE/JSE Capped Property (J254) Capital Property Fund Limited will be 23 November 2015
deleted from the index.
Accelerate Property Fund (South Africa,
ZAE000185815, BH362C9) will be added
to the index with a shares in issue figure
of 758,264,283 and an investability
weighting of 61%.
Fortress Income Fund Ltd (A) will remain
in the index as detailed above.

in the index as detailed above.
