CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, Brikor’s shareholders are
hereby notified of the following changes to the board of directors of Brikor.

Ms Limpho Hani and Mr Peter Moyanga have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of
Brikor with effect from 2 November 2015.

Limpho, the widower of Chris Hani, is a journalist by training and was involved in ANC structures since
1973. As member of Parliament, she served as chairperson and member of the Correctional Services
Portfolio Committee and member of the Housing and Mineral and Energy Portfolio Committees. Having
served as a director on various Boards, Limpho is currently the patron and activist of the St Francis
Hospice Care centre, a trustee of Cuculama Uranium (Pty) Ltd and a director of Thezi-Langa Energy (Pty)
Ltd.

Peter has a vast knowledge of the services industry, having started as one of the first managers of
McDonald’s in South Africa. He regularly shares his expertise on franchising and small enterprise
development with entrepreneurs through various forums and has a close working relationship with the
Small Enterprise Development Agency. Peter is the director and sole shareholder of Notshi Investments
(Pty) Ltd., is a non-executive director of Vukile Property Limited, chairman of Medishield Medical Aid
Scheme and a national director of Reach for a Dream Foundation.

The board of directors welcomes them both and looks forward to their contribution to the company.
