Appointment of Mr MEE Sassoon The Board has, in terms of its succession planning strategies, considered and approved the appointment of Mr MEE Sassoon as an Executive Director of both Sasfin Holdings Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sasfin Bank Limited. Mr MEE Sassoon holds a BCompt Degree from Unisa and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Rochester in New York State, USA. Mr MEE Sassoon is currently an alternate director, heading the Wealth and Capital Divisions of Sasfin. It is envisaged that Mr MEE Sassoon will assume responsibility for the Transactional Banking Division during the forthcoming year. Resignation of Mr MG Lane Mr MG Lane has been appointed Acting Chief Risk Officer with effect from 23 October 2015. In order to ensure that an independent and arms-length relationship between the Board and the function of the Chief Risk Officer is maintained, and in line with the South African Reserve Bank requirements, Mr Lane has tendered his resignation as an alternate director.
