Erin Energy Announces Release Date and Conference Call Information for Third Quarter
Financial and Operational Results

HOUSTON, October 26, 2015 - Erin Energy Corporation (Erin Energy or the Company) (NYSE
MKT:ERN) (JSE:ERN) has scheduled release of its 2015 third quarter financial results to occur
after close of market on Monday, November 9, 2015. The Company will host a conference call
on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. CT (11:00 a.m. ET) to discuss the results and
update its current operations.
