CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of WCC is pleased to advise that Mr Stephen Miller,
who had been appointed an Executive Director and CEO of the
Company on 14 June and 4 July 2013 respectively, has now been
formally appointed to the position Managing Director of the
Company with immediate effect.

Mr Miller was appointed Executive Director of the Company’s
controlled subsidiary Firestone Energy Limited (Firestone) on
June 2013 and subsequently appointed as managing director of
Firestone on 29 October 2014.
