Mailing of circular to shareholders
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements on 17 July 2015, 5 August 2015,
19 August 2015 and 23 September 2015 and are advised that StratCorp has mailed a
circular to shareholders on 8 October 2015 providing shareholders with information on
the specific issue of shares for cash, the increase in the Company’s authorised share
capital and the amendments to the Company’s Memorandum of Incorporation.
Included in the circular is a notice of general meeting which will be held at the
Company’s registered office located at 3rd Floor, Lakeside Building B, Heuwel Avenue,
Centurion on Friday, 6 November 2015 at 09:00.
The Record Date, being the date set by the board of directors of the Company for
purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to receive the circular, was
Friday, 25 September 2015 and the Record Date to vote at the general meeting, is
Friday, 30 October 2015.
