Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 17 September 2015, whereby shareholders were advised that the change
of name of the Company from “Delta International Property Holdings Limited” to “Delta Africa Property Holdings Limited”
(“Change of Name”) was approved by shareholders at the general meeting of the Company held on 16 September 2015.
Shareholders are hereby further advised that the Mauritius Registrar of Companies registered the Change of Name on 29
September 2015. The relevant finalisation announcement relating to the new ISIN number for the Change of Name will be made
in due course to shareholders, which will include the salient dates relating to the new ISIN number for the Change of Name.
