POSTING OF INTEGRATED REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated report, incorporating the audited financial
statements for the year ended 30 June 2015, was posted on 30 September 2015, and contains no changes
from the summarised audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2015, which were
published on the website of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and on SENS on
24 August 2015. A copy of Rockcastle’s integrated report is available on the Company’s website:
www.rockcastleglobalre.mu.
The integrated report contains a notice of annual general meeting for Rockcastle shareholders, which will be
held at the Company’s registered office, being c/o Intercontinental Trust Limited, Level 3, Alexander House,
35 Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius, on Friday, 30 October 2015 at 10h00 Mauritian time (08h00 South
African time).
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
16 October 2015 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 23 October 2015.
Rockcastle has its primary listings on both the SEM and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
