CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Pieter de Jager has tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of Andulela
with effect from 1 October 2015 in order to pursue another opportunity. The Board of Andulela thanks Pieter for his
service and wishes him all the best.

Mr Henk Engelbrecht has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and executive director of the company
with effect from 1 October 2015.
