NOTEHOLDERS VOTING

FRB wishes to inform Noteholders of the ZAR80,000,000,000.00 Domestic
Medium Term Note Programme (“The DMTN”) that despite receiving votes
in favour of the proposed amendments to the DMTN Programme in excess
of the amount required to pass an Extraordinary Resolution, investors
were not provided with the requisite notice due to an administrative
anomaly, hence the vote is null and void.

As such, FRB will commence a new voting process which will be
communicated on SENS.
