APPOINTMENT OF CEO AND ACTING CFO

Hospitality takes pleasure in announcing the appointment of
Vincent Joyner as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and a member
of the Board of Hospitality with effect from 15 September 2015.

Vincent has an extensive and highly successful career in the
hospitality industry spanning over 28 years. He spent almost 20
years of his career within the Accor hospitality group, with the
last six years of his tenure as Accor Group CEO, Southern
Africa. In 2009, Vincent formed an African hospitality
consulting and investment firm, Hospitality Investment Partners
Africa. At the same time, he established a not-for-profit
venture, the Zazida Institute of Entrepreneurship, an accredited
Private Higher Education Institution.

Vincent has worked all over Africa, the UK, USA, Switzerland and
France and holds a BA (Honours) from Galway-Mayo Institute of
Technology (Ireland) and a joint Masters in International
Hospitality Management from Cornell University (USA) and ESSEC
(France).

Gerald Nelson, the current Acting CEO of Hospitality, will
remain in an executive role for a period of time following
Vincent’s appointment, in order to facilitate the handover
process.

The Board has further appointed Riaan Erasmus as acting Chief
Financial Officer (previously Group Financial Manager), with
effect from 12 August 2015.
