DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON COMPAGNIE FINANCIERE RICHEMONT SA HOT ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES – (“CFRIHD”)


With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA have recommended a
dividend of 226.40 ZAR cents per ordinary share, still to be approved at the annual general meeting on 16 September 2015,
which they have anticipated will be payable on Friday, 2 October 2015 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 25 September 2015.

Swiss withholding tax rate is 35%, resulting in a net dividend of 147.16 ZAR cents per share. Richemont Securities SA will
operate a programme for South African tax residents, who will generally be eligible to recover 20% of the 35% withholding tax
levied on the CHF dividend.

In line with the announcement no local dividend tax rate will apply.

Accordingly, the warrant holders of CFRIHD, will receive a Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA dividend amount of 147.16
ZAR cents per security on Friday, 2 October 2015 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between
the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade (“cum” the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will
be Thursday, 17 September 2015.

CFRIHD Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading “ex” the dividend from the commencement of business on
Friday, 18 September 2015, and the record date will be Friday, 25 September 2015.

A further announcement will be made after the annual general meeting in order to confirm all salient dates and dividend
amounts.
