DISCLOSURE IN TERMS OF REGULATION 6.14 OF SECTION IIA OF THE BERMUDA STOCK
EXCHANGE (“BSX”) LISTINGS REGULATIONS

Shareholders are advised that Cream Magenta 140 Proprietary Limited (“Cream Magenta”), which held
12.4441% of the Class A Shares in the Company, and Metcap 14 Proprietary Limited (“Metcap”), which
held 12.4441% of the Class A Shares in the Company, each purchased 18.1% of the Class A
shareholding in the Company held by Brait Mauritius Limited (“Brait”). This has increased Cream
Magenta’s total shareholding of Class A Shares to 30.5568% and Metcap’s total shareholding of Class A
Shares to 30.5568%, and Brait now holds no Class A Shares in the Company.
The relevant Class A shares traded on 9 September 2015.
The Company has a primary listing on the BSX and a secondary listing on the JSE’s Alternative
Exchange.
