DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act,
No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Kagiso Asset Management Proprietary Limited
(“Kagiso”) has notified Delta that it has acquired a beneficial interest in securities of the company,
resulting in the total beneficial interest held by Kagiso increasing to 5.40% of the total issued Delta
securities.
