UPDATE ON THE SALE OF GOODERSON SANROCK RESORT


Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 24 March 2015 where it was announced that
Alawill Investments (Pty) Ltd, entered into an agreement for the sale of the SanRock Resort
(“SanRock Resort”) and all moveable assets, with Dataforce Trading 10 Housing Consortium (Pty) Ltd
(“the purchaser”).

The initial conditions precedent to the agreement and the addendum to the agreement have lapsed
and a new agreement and the addendum has now been entered into with the purchaser stating
that, on or before 30 October 2015, the purchaser obtains capital to finance the purchase price.

Shareholders will be notified of further developments in due course.
