Shareholders are advised that the Gooderson annual report for the financial year ended 28 February 2015 were
distributed on Friday 24 July 2015, and contain no modifications to the reviewed condensed results for the year ended
28 February 2015 that were announced on SENS on 27 May 2015.

Notice is hereby given that the company’s annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at 9.00am on
Wednesday, 26 August 2015 at the company’s offices at the Tropicana Hotel, 85 O.R. Tambo (Marine) Parade, Durban.
