In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements the Board of
Directors (“Board”) of the Company hereby announces the resignation of Mr Valery
Borisov from his positions as executive director of the Board and Chief Financial Officer
of the Company with effect from 11 June 2015.


The Company wishes to thank Mr Borisov for his contribution to the Board and to the
Company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.


The Company will announce the appointment of a Financial Director in due course.
