POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING



Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual report, incorporating the audited financial statements for the
period from incorporation on 5 June 2014 to 31 December 2014, will be posted today, Friday, 12 June 2015, and
contains no changes to the abridged audited consolidated financial results which were published on the SEM and
SENS on 13 April 2015.

Included in the annual report is a notice of annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company, which will be held
at the office of the Company Secretary at 3rd Floor, La Croisette, Grand Baie, Mauritius on Monday, 29 June 2015 at
14:00 Mauritian time (12:00 South African time).

The salient dates and times in relation to the annual general meeting are set out in the table below:
