Changes to the Board

Subsequent to Mr JHM Schurink’s resignation from the Gunvor Group, he has notified the Keaton
board of his intention to resign as non-executive director with effect 30 June 2015. The Board
thanks Mr Schurink for his contribution over the past year.

The board has now appointed Mr HG Mai, Chief Investment Officer of the Gunvor Group, to serve
as non-executive director on the board with effect 1 July 2015 and welcomes Mr Mai to the
board.
