CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES OF THE COMPANY

In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company are
hereby advised of the following changes to the board and board
committees of the Company, with effect from 28 April 2015:


  1. Mr Geoffrey George Fortuin has been appointed as an
     independent non-executive director and as a member of the
     audit and risk committee.

     Mr Fortuin is a qualified chartered accountant and was a
     Partner at Deloitte & Touche until 2014.

  2. Mr Norman Celliers has resigned as the chairman of the
     board, but will continue to serve the Company as a non-
     executive director.

  3. Mr Andre Hanekom, currently an independent non-executive
     director, has been appointed as the chairman of the board
     and has resigned as a member of the audit and risk
     committee.

  4. Prof Mohammad Karaan, currently an independent non-executive
     director, has been appointed as a member of the audit and
     risk committee.
