                          RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT



Further to the previous cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 03 March 2015,
shareholders are advised that discussions are still ongoing which, if successfully concluded, may
have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.

The Board is still considering various options regarding alternative funding methods for the
Company. A due diligence process has been implemented by the interested parties to progress the
discussions.

As the discussions between the parties are still on-going shareholders are advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
