DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON REMGRO LIMITED HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES –
(“REMIHJ”)


With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Remgro Limited declared an interim gross dividend
of 169 cents per ordinary share which was payable on Monday, 16 March 2015 to ordinary shareholders, and was
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday,13 March 2015.


In terms of the new Dividend Tax effective 1 April 2012, the following additional information is disclosed:

1)   local dividend tax rate is 15%,
2)   STC credits utilized was 128.13269 cents per ordinary share;
3)   as a result of the STC credits utilized, the net local dividend amount was of 162.86990 cents per ordinary
     share for shareholders that were liable to pay new Dividends Tax;
4)   the issued share capital of Remgro Limited is 481,106,370 ordinary shares;
5)   Remgro Limited tax reference number 9500/124/71/5; and
6)   Investec Bank Limited tax reference number is 9675/053/71/5.


Accordingly, the holders of REMIHJ received a dividend of 162.86990 cents on Monday, 16 March 2015 in terms
of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last
day to trade (“cum” the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend was Friday, 6 March 2015.

REMIHJ Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities commenced trading “ex” the dividend from the commencement of
business on Monday, 9 March 2015, and the record date was Friday, 13 March 2015.
