CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Dr Mdu Gama, an independent non-executive director of Mustek, has been appointed
as an additional member to the Remuneration & Nomination Committee with immediate effect.

The members of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee are:

Mr Ralph Patmore (Independent non-executive chairman of the Committee);
Dr Len Konar (Independent non-executive member); and
Dr Mdu Gama (Independent non-executive member).
