DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 6 February 2015 in which the
Company announced that, inter alia, it intended to raise R100 039 703 from its shareholders by way
of a partially underwritten renounceable rights offer (“Rights Offer”), in terms of which Putprop will
offer a total of 15 879 318 new ordinary shares in Putprop (“Rights Offer Shares”) at a subscription
price of 630 cents per Rights Offer Share in the ratio of 55.15 Rights Offer Shares for every 100
ordinary shares in Putprop and the subsequent announcements dated 10 February 2015 and 6 March
2015 relating thereto.

Shareholders are advised that pursuant to the Rights Offer, which closed on 6 March 2015, certain
directors of the Company have followed their rights, as a result of which and in compliance with
paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 (both inclusive) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the following is
