In compliance with section 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders of the
Company are hereby advised that Gerhard Swiegers, who currently serves as an Independent
Non-executive Director of the Board of Directors of RAC (“the Board”) and as Chairman of the
Audit and Risk Committee, has been appointed as the Lead Independent Director of the Board,
with effect from 25 February 2015.
