Petmin received notice on Tuesday, 24 February 2015, from Regarding Capital Management 
(Pty) Ltd ("RE:CM") pursuant to Section 122 (3) (b) of the South African Companies Act 71 
of 2008 (the "Act").  

Pursuant to the Act and paragraph 3.83 (b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, 
Petmin wishes to advise that RE:CM, as at 19 February 2015, holds 13,37% (previously 
15,52%) of the issued share capital of Petmin on behalf of clients.
