APPOINTMENT OF A NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that, Mr
Stuart Blyth CA(SA), MBA has been appointed as an Executive
Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Stuart has over ten years experience in financial services,
software and venture capital industries. Stuart has
previously worked at SilverBridge before obtaining his MBA
at the IE Business School in Spain. He completed his studies
through the University of Pretoria and did articles at
Nedbank Limited.

Stuart’s role will be CEO of the Software solutions business
in the group.
