to Delta International with effect from 9 February 2015. Nedbank Capital has been appointed as the company’s
sponsor with effect from 10 February 2015.

Delta International has a primary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the
Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited
