WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS by the
company, the last of which was released on 18 December 2014, and are advised that the
negotiations in relation to the underlying assets of the company have been concluded as set
out in the SENS announcements dated 5 November 2014 and 18 December 2014
respectively.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised
when dealing in the company’s securities.
