TRADING STATEMENT


Shareholders are advised that for the six month period ended 31 December 2014:

   -   headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) are expected to reflect an increase of
       between 0,45 cents per share and 0,55 cents per share when compared to
       the HEPS loss of 1,30 cents per share reported for the six month period
       ended 31 December 2013; and

   -   earnings per share (“EPS”) are expected to reflect an increase of between
       0,45 cents per share and 0,55 cents per share when compared to the EPS loss
       of 1,31 cents per share reported for the six month period ended
       31 December 2013.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed and reported on by the company’s auditors.

The company expects its results for the 6 months ended 31 December 2014 to be
released on SENS on or about 19 March 2015.
