Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility
(“PDMR”) or connected persons in accordance with DR 3.1.4R
SABMiller plc was notified on 9 January 2015 that Mr D.J. De Lorenzo, a PDMR, had exercised
options to purchase 13,000 SABMiller ordinary shares at a price of £22.495 per share and 23,971
SABMiller ordinary shares at a price of £22.40 per share.
The transactions took place in London on 8 January 2015.
SABMiller plc was further notified on 9 January 2015 that, in order to part-fund the subscription
price and taxes payable on the exercise of the above mentioned share options, Mr De Lorenzo
had entered into a personal loan facility with Barclays Bank PLC and has granted a pledge in
favour of the Bank over 36,971 ordinary shares in SABMiller plc as security for any amounts
which may be due from time to time under the facility. Mr De Lorenzo remains the beneficial
owner of the shares subject to the pledge, and retains full voting rights.
