the year ended 30 June 2014 was posted to shareholders on Wednesday, 24 December 2014. The audited financial
statements contain no modifications to the condensed consolidated results released on SENS on 30 September 2014.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders will be held at 09h30 on Wednesday,
25 February 2015 at the offices of TeleMasters Holdings Ltd, 90 Regency Drive, Route 21 Corporate Office Park,
Irene, Pretoria.

Record Date
The record date on which shareholders of the company must be registered as such in the company’s securities register in
order to attend and vote at the meeting is Friday, 13 February 2015. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote
at the annual general meeting will be Friday, 6 February 2015.
