STATUS OF DRDGOLD’S GUARANTOR FINANCIALS

Noteholders are hereby advised that in terms of paragraph 7.3 of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements, DRDGOLD’s Guarantor Annual Financial Statements (“Guarantor
Financials”) for the year ended 30 June 2014, will not be available by 31 December 2014.

The Company will confirm to noteholders as soon as the Guarantor Financials are available
for inspection at the DRDGOLD’s registered office.
